Role summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager/Owner for Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in strategy and roadmap ownership, not just delivery. The role requires end-to-end ownership of IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, and Auth0, with expertise in passwordless, MFA, and adaptive/risk-based authentication. Collaboration with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams is essential, along with exposure to Zero Trust, PCI, SOC2, and NIST standards. A background in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech is preferred. This role is for individuals with strategic vision and platform ownership experience, not pure project managers or those focused solely on SSO onboarding or operations.

Target Profiles

· 8–15 yrs experience in Product Management / Platform Ownership for IAM

· Strong IAM strategy + roadmap ownership, not just delivery

· Background in Financial Services / Banking / Wealth / FinTech preferred

Must-Have Experience

· End-to-end ownership of IAM platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Auth0)

· Passwordless, MFA, Adaptive / Risk-based authentication

· Working with Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture teams
