- Ensure 100% accuracy in reconciling accounts, including managing exceptions and resolving funding discrepancies.

- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Conditional Formatting, is required. A solid understanding of basic financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and payment funding methods. Familiarity with the US healthcare system and health plan operations. Coding and querying knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
- Education: BA/BS degree; degree in business-related field of study (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance).
- Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office (Maitland, FL or Boston, MA) 25% of the time.

Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.*
