<Duties>
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver timely analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for data projects, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and data integration using linked data techniques and database design principles.
- Support database management activities involving Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend to optimize data storage and retrieval efficiency.
- Develop automated reporting solutions using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Power BI to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Engage in project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
<Skills>
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like R and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Knowledge of ETL processes using tools like Talend or custom scripting in Bash or VBA.
- Familiarity with database design principles and linked data concepts for integrating diverse data sources.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies within Agile frameworks to manage complex analytics projects efficiently.
- Business analysis skills to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Ability to develop dashboards that facilitate real-time decision-making through clear visual storytelling.
