Role summary

Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with 7-10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS companies to manage complex cross-functional engineering programs. This hybrid role requires expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, program governance, and stakeholder management, including executive communication. The candidate will be responsible for program strategy, intake, planning, execution, and post-launch success, utilizing tools like Workfront. Experience with enterprise SaaS programs is strongly preferred. This is a 7-month contract position located in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT, requiring onsite presence Tuesday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Program Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment

- Partner with
Adobe leadership, Product Management, and engineering teams
- Align program initiatives with
business strategy and roadmap

🔹 Program Intake & Prioritization

- Facilitate request intake through
Workfront
- Support prioritization, feasibility assessment, and impact analysis

🔹 Planning & Governance

- Establish
program governance frameworks
- Build program roadmaps and manage dependencies across teams
- Coordinate
Scrum of Scrums, operational reviews, and executive reporting

🔹 Execution & Delivery

- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle using
Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Drive alignment across engineering and business teams

🔹 Communication & Reporting

- Prepare
executive briefings and program status reports
- Maintain governance documentation and stakeholder updates

🔹 Post-Launch Success

- Measure adoption and success metrics post-release
- Conduct
30/60/90-day reviews
and drive continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
- 7–10+ years of
program management experience in technology or SaaS companies
- Experience managing
complex cross-functional engineering programs
- Strong experience working with
Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Experience coordinating
multi-discipline teams (engineering, product, business)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

- PMP / PMI-ACP / PgMP / CSM certification
- Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience working with
chat or messaging platforms
- Experience in
sales enablement / seller ecosystem platforms

Important Notes

- Hybrid work schedule (Tue–Thu onsite required)
