Hardware Test & Validation Program Manager
Role summary
ALTEN Technology is seeking a Hardware Test & Validation Program Manager in Foster City, CA. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with vehicle engineering, suppliers, and project management to create detailed roadmaps for test planning and execution. Responsibilities include developing schedules, identifying milestones, managing risks, estimating budgets, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years in program management or consulting, and a strong track record in managing complex projects. Experience with requirements and issue management tools, and familiarity with automotive development processes are preferred.

About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager for component and system validation, you will work cross-functionally with vehicle engineering, suppliers, and the project management team to drive our test planning into tactical and detailed road maps that facilitate effective execution at each stage of our growth curve. You will work with validation and engineering teams to develop schedules, identify milestones, flag risks, estimate budgets, and clearly communicate ongoing progress.
