Electric Vehicle Calibration Engineer
Role summary
Seeking an Electric Vehicle Calibration Engineer to perform calibration and validation of electric powertrains. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality releases for features like eLocker, ensuring calibration maturity, supervising CAN/LIN communication, managing software updates on test vehicles, and contributing to validation plans. The role involves analyzing test results, debugging embedded SW models, improving control strategies, and ensuring seamless data exchange between ECUs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and chief engineers is key, as is tracking and resolving issues. The engineer will also draft test reports and provide feedback throughout development phases. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering, with experience in automotive calibration, EV systems, vehicle architecture, CAN/LIN, and model-based embedded software development.
