Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join our busy medical office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and delivers excellent customer service. Medical office experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn. Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Answer and manage high-volume phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars
• Perform patient check-in/check-out, verify demographics and insurance
• Collect payments and process documentation accurately
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and testing
• Prepare and organize patient charts for daily clinic flow
• Maintain office supplies and a clean, organized front desk

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Proficient in basic computer use, including internet navigation, file management, and scanning/uploading documents
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
