The Product Owner will manage the product backlog, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to define clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding of product requirements.
Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions with the Scrum Master and development team.
Analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and suggest enhancements or new features.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO certification.
Experience in [specific industry — e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, eCommerce, SaaS].
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and data-driven decision making.
