
Program Manager, AWS Services Finance
Role summary
AWS Service Finance is seeking a Program Manager to drive large-scale system development initiatives. This role involves identifying process improvement opportunities, leading the development of specifications and requirements for system development, and executing initiatives to build scalable systems supporting business growth. AWS Service Finance seeks a world class Program Manager to drive large scale system development initiatives for the AWS Service Finance Organization.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Identifying process improvement opportunities through close partnership and alignment with AWS Service Finance.
- Lead development of specifications and requirements for org wide system development initiatives.
- Executing process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems to support business growth.
- Driving optimization opportunities/initiatives and implementing new business processes.
- This role requires a self-starter with a strong background in process improvement, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and strong program management skills.
- The role also has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon and requires strong people skills.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
