
Program Manager, E-Commerce
Role summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Program Manager for its E-commerce division. This role focuses on driving the adoption of AWS cloud services globally, particularly within the Public Sector market segments in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategies to increase AWS usage, working closely with customers of all sizes to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in direct sales, stakeholder management, and a passion for a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in end-to-end delivery, process improvements, and project management.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- 8+ years of direct sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
