Data Analyst – Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet

We’re hiring a Data Analyst in
Atlanta (hybrid)
to build Power BI dashboards, automate operational reporting, and improve business processes across our organization. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys connecting data across teams and translating it into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports
Develop automated reporting workflows using Excel and Power Query
Manage and optimize Smartsheet tracking and reporting systems
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple data sources
Analyze operational processes and identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Deliver technical walkthroughs and explain reporting tools to internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics
Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and Smartsheet
Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports
Ability to connect the dots across systems and processes (systems thinker)
Comfortable communicating technical concepts to business users

Nice to Have

Experience with Power Query
Exposure to Oracle or other database environments
Experience improving business processes through data automation
