About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and play a critical role in shaping data-driven initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights
- Collaborate with teams across operations, marketing, finance, and product
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor junior analysts and support best practices in data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Solid understanding of data modeling and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
