As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the organization by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design data models, and develop actionable insights. The Senior Data Analyst will also be involved in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, as well as developing forecasting models to support long-term planning.
In this position, you will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining techniques to extract valuable information from large data sets. You will need to have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business insights through data analysis and be proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis. Strong knowledge of data management systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools is essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
