We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Data Analyst Intern to support billing operations, financial analysis, and data accuracy across internal systems. This role provides hands-on experience working with financial data, improving intranet data integrity, and supporting month-end processes.
## What You'll Do
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records across internal systems and intranet tools
- Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Audit and reconcile billing data, including contract terms, modifications, and supporting documentation
- Help track contract details (budgets, timelines, and financial terms) and monitor variances
- Assist in analyzing billing variances (forecast vs. actual) and preparing reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Project Management teams
- Support process improvements focused on data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization
## What We're Looking For
- Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
