What You'll Do
You will design, develop and maintain software applications to meet organizational requirements. You will participate in the software development lifecycle including coding, testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Essential Functions

  • Design and develop software applications based on organizational needs.
  • Participate in coding, testing, and debugging activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement software solutions.
  • Maintain and update existing software to improve functionality and performance.
  • Document software processes and application changes as required.
  • Ensure software meets quality standards and project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise.
  • Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.

What Experience And Education You Need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and tools such as Git or Jenkins.
  • Ability to apply computer science concepts including algorithms and data structures to solve technical challenges.

  • Advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for technical documentation and team meetings.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, reaching, and/or bending.
  • Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work, including the operation of computers, telephones, and similar equipment.
  • Requires ability to comprehend and communicate with others, verbally and/or in writing.
  • May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
  • May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
  • May require the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
