Product Designer - Senior

Duties

• Lead end-to-end product design processes, including user research, requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design strategies aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance usability across diverse platforms such as web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and Zeplin that reflect brand identity and design standards.
• Conduct user research and analysis using Google Analytics 360, web analytics tools, and A/B testing to inform iterative design improvements.
• Apply design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions that address complex user needs while adhering to accessibility standards like web accessibility guidelines.
• Facilitate design reviews and present concepts clearly to stakeholders using tools such as InVision, Axure, or Visio to gather feedback and refine solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes within Agile environments to ensure seamless integration of design into development workflows.
• Expertise in digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, and Zeplin.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, information architecture, layout design, motion graphics, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience conducting user research through surveys like Qualtrics or user acceptance testing to validate designs before deployment.
• Familiarity with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), RESTful API integration, AWS cloud services, and responsive web design best practices for mobile devices.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret analytics data from Google Analytics 360 or Omniture for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams using Jira or SharePoint platforms. Pay: $114,899.98 - $138,374.17 per year

Work Location: Remote
