Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally. Our global headquarters is located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for the processing, interpretation and reporting of test data generated from Signal Integrity Testing and manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst develops and maintains data collection and analysis systems, produces tiered reporting for both executive audiences and deep technical investigations, and supports root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CA) programs with quantitative evidence.

  • Evaluate test results against defined specifications and compliance thresholds.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and outliers using statistical methods.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based or similar data processing applications for test automation and analysis workflows.
  • Build and deploy standalone executable tools for distribution to engineering and operation teams and create GUI-based applications for interactive data visualization, automated folder watching, and batch processing of test files.
  • Establish standardized data formats and naming conventions to ensure consistency across all global locations.
  • Produce executive summary reports presenting key KPIs, yield metrics, and trends in a concise, visually clear format suitable for management review.
  • Develop in-depth analytical reports for engineering root cause investigations, including detailed statistical breakdowns, and failure mode characterization.
  • Correlate electrical test data with process parameters, materials, and manufacturing variables to identify contributing factors.
  • Develop statistical models and regression analyses to assess the impact of process changes on signal integrity and process performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following disciplines:
  • Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Experience generating technical reports for both executive and engineering audiences
  • Proficiency in Python or similar software required
  • Proficiency in statistical methods and analysis and data visualization
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related technical field
