Role summary

This is a contract role for a ServiceNow Product Owner responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically focusing on the IRM module. Key responsibilities include owning and refining the product backlog, gathering requirements from risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders, translating them into user stories, and collaborating with ServiceNow architects and developers. The Product Owner will also validate configurations, drive UAT, and manage incremental releases. Experience in Financial Services is preferred.

•Own and refine the IRM product backlog, ensuring stories are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business and regulatory needs

•Work directly with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

•Collaborate closely with ServiceNow architects and developers during sprint planning, design discussions, and solution reviews.

•Validate delivered configurations and workflows to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and support end to end IRM processes.

•Drive UAT readiness, feedback incorporation, and incremental release of IRM features through agile ceremonies.
