Role summary
We are seeking a highly tactical and hands-on UI/UX Designer with advanced proficiency in Figma and at least 8 years of experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or internal systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong judgment, can operate with high autonomy, and thrives in environments where problems are not fully defined. This role requires a natural ability to bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions impact long-term platform outcomes. Experience with AI for rapid iteration, prototyping, testing, and design storytelling is preferred.
