Role summary
We are seeking a Program Manager with a focus on Sales & Distribution to lead release trains across over 20 systems. The role involves building and owning end-to-end project plans covering feature delivery, data parity, testing, downstream readiness, and cutover sequencing. You will be responsible for curating and standardizing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and enforcing traceability to minimize scope creep and defects. Additionally, you will define and drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed legacy performance expectations and own the creation and management of multi-system cutover plans, including dependencies, durations, resources, and rollback strategies. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring 10+ years of experience.

Program & Release Orchestration: Lead release trains across 20+ systems and improve alignment across UAT, regression, and data certification.
\* Unified Integrated Project Plan: Build and own the end to end project plan covering feature delivery, data parity, testing, downstream readiness, and cutover sequencing.
\* Requirements & Traceability Leadership: Curate and standardize BRDs across TACO, CPTS, AFTP/THOR, and CDM, and enforce traceability to reduce scope creep and defects.
\* SLA Alignment: Define and drive SLAs that match or exceed DORIS legacy performance expectations.
\* Cutover Ownership: Create and manage the full multi system cutover plan, including dependencies, durations, resources, and rollback strategies.
