Role summary

Seeking a Data Product Manager for an onsite contract role in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data platforms and building control planes, with a strong understanding of design patterns such as modular containerized services, asynchronous processing, job-based work queues, immutability, idempotency, metadata management, policy enforcement, semantic modeling, observability, telemetry, and side effect capability injection. Preferred skills include Python for automation, and experience with frameworks like FastAPI, ARQ, Kubernetes, and Pytest. Nice-to-have experience involves building data or compute platforms and service layers, translating complex data pipeline capabilities into stable, contract-driven APIs for enterprise use.
