Role summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and user needs
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual layouts using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to communicate design concepts effectively
- Develop responsive web designs that function flawlessly across various devices including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine interfaces based on data-driven insights
- Create engaging motion graphics and visual elements using Adobe After Effects or similar tools to enhance user interactions
- Apply best practices in information architecture, interaction design, and layout design to optimize user flows and accessibility standards
- Maintain consistency in design patterns across platforms by adhering to style guides and design systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong understanding of UX principles including usability, accessibility (Web accessibility standards), and information architecture
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes for efficient product development
- Hands-on experience with digital design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or Figma
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions
- Ability to conduct user research, gather requirements, create wireframes, and develop prototypes that align with business goals
- Excellent analysis skills with a keen eye for detail in layout design and interaction flows
- Valid US driver’s license required for occasional travel or on-site collaboration
