Role summary
A Senior Data Scientist is sought for a medical software company to partner with product and engineering teams. The role involves designing experiments, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to drive key metrics. Responsibilities include framing problems, defining success metrics, designing experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments), building various types of models (prediction, ranking, segmentation, forecasting), developing data pipelines and features, communicating results to diverse audiences, and establishing best practices for measurement, causal inference, and model monitoring. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of applied data science experience, proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries, and experience with experimentation, causal methods, or time-series analysis.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with experimentation, causal methods, or time-series.
- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling with data.
