Role summary

A YC-backed startup that has achieved $1M ARR in 8 months and is used by over 200,000 researchers at top institutions is seeking an AI Agent Orchestration Engineer. The company is building a system of record for scientists to manage literature reviews, analyze experiments, and write drafts collaboratively with other scientists and AI agents. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and shipper who is an expert in the agentic AI stack (vector DBs, graph RAG, agent memory) and has experience building full-stack products that scale. A passion for accelerating scientific discovery is essential. The role requires being in San Francisco in person and interacting with customers. Publishing research is a bonus.
