Role summary

Antonino’s Original Pizza seeks a part-time Marketing Lead in Windsor to plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, local, and in-store channels. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating engaging content, improving local SEO, and supporting promotions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, with hands-on experience in social media management (Meta Business Suite, TikTok), local SEO (Google Business Profiles), basic ad platforms, email/SMS tools, and design tools like Canva. This role requires strong analytical skills, proactivity, and excellent communication, with a flexible schedule and potential for full-time growth.

Antonino’s Original Pizza is a staple in Windsor, known for its quality, tradition, and loyal customer base. We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Lead to join us on a part-time basis (15-20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, local, and in-store channels
  • Build and manage a simple marketing calendar aligned with promotions and seasonal events
  • Manage social media and create engaging content (photo, video, promotions)
  • Improve local SEO across all locations, including optimizing Google Business Profiles, local listings, and search visibility.
  • Support local promotions, partnerships, and media opportunities (radio, community, etc.)
  • Create or coordinate basic in-store marketing materials (posters, inserts, etc.)
  • Track performance and provide simple monthly insights on what’s working

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in restaurants, QSR, hospitality, or multi-location local retail.
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for a small or mid-sized business; self directed and able to prioritize multiple initiatives without heavy supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Social media management (Meta Business Suite or similar) including TikTok content creation and growth strategies
  • Google Business Profiles and basic local SEO
  • Basic ad platforms (boosted posts, simple social/search campaigns)
  • Email/SMS tools suitable for small businesses
  • Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) to produce clean, on-brand graphics.
  • Solid grasp of marketing metrics and simple analytics; able to interpret numbers and make practical recommendations.
  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate opportunities or challenges before they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with owners, store managers, and external vendors.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive; able to manage projects
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to adapt the voice of the owner in all copy writing.
