Resident Project Representative
Role summary
A Resident Project Representative is needed to support municipal water and wastewater projects in New England. This role involves observing and reporting on construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, specifications, and design drawings. Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, submittals, and RFIs, monitoring contractor adherence, tracking payments, preparing progress reports, and coordinating subconsultants. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, at least 3 years of construction/field observation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. EIT/PE certification is a plus. The position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to work remotely within driving distance of project sites.

Our Northeast Division is a well-respected and award-winning group where career development, training, and mentoring co-exist with diverse civil, environmental, water resources, and traffic/transportation projects in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. We are hiring a Resident Project Representative to support our Water/Wastewater practice in the Northeast (primarily MA, CT, and RI). This position will not be required to go into an office but will need to be within driving distance of the projects.
