Senior Construction Manager – Stormwater & Erosion Control
Role summary
Seeking a Senior Construction Manager in Brentwood, CA, to lead stormwater and erosion control projects. This role involves partnering with sales, project management, and operations to ensure successful project delivery, operational efficiency, and profitable growth. Responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, hiring, onboarding, coaching, project oversight, estimating support, contract review, financial accountability, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 10+ years of construction experience with complex projects, and 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience in erosion control and estimating is preferred.
