Senior DevOps Engineer
and play a key role in driving modern cloud and DevOps practices.

What You’ll Do

Infrastructure & Automation

- Design and manage cloud infrastructure using
Terraform (IaC)
across environments
- Build reusable, scalable infrastructure modules
- Automate provisioning, deployments, and configurations
- Develop and maintain
CI/CD pipelines

Kafka & Event Streaming

- Deploy and manage
Apache Kafka
clusters
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability
- Implement security, retention, and disaster recovery strategies
- Support application onboarding onto Kafka

Cloud Platform Management

- Architect and manage infrastructure on
AWS / Azure / GCP
- Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, networking, compliance)
- Optimize cloud costs and ensure high availability

Monitoring & Performance

• Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues
• Define and maintain SLAs/SLOs

Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops teams
• Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience with
Terraform
- Hands-on expertise in
Apache Kafka
- Experience with
AWS / Azure / GCP
- Proficiency in
Python / Bash scripting
- Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of
Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong experience with
Git

Core Competencies

• Linux/Unix system administration
• Configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Networking, security, and distributed systems knowledge
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Multi-cloud experience
• Certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP / Terraform)
• Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
• GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
