Role summary

Apple is seeking a Product Manager for its Employee Experience & Productivity team within the IS&T Services Technology group. This role focuses on driving the execution of internal products and platforms that support the App Store and Arcade businesses. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scale for global teams, working closely with engineering, design, and business partners. Key responsibilities include translating operational needs into product requirements, overseeing the product lifecycle, and deploying solutions like Airtable. The role requires a strong technical foundation, deep customer understanding, and excellent communication and leadership skills, with a preference for experience in app ecosystems or low-code tools.

Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to work with our stakeholders in App
Store and Arcade to drive the execution of internal products and platforms
that power the business operations behind App Store and Arcade. In this
role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that enable our global teams to
work more efficiently, scale seamlessly, and deliver exceptional
experiences to our business leaders worldwide. Working closely with
engineering, design, and business partners, you'll build internal tools and
platforms to deliver maximum impact for Apple's developer relations, App
Store content editorial, and business management teams.

Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user-centric solutions. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery, rollout, and iteration ensuring every product meets Apple's standards of quality, simplicity, and scalability.
Lead the deployment and implementation of Airtable and other workflow solutions for App Store and Arcade business teams.
Foster collaboration across teams and maintain alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support leadership in implementing new ideas within the Apple culture and managing changes to maximize the partner adoption of new tools or processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system architecture and platform trade-offs.
Deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, informed by ongoing feedback, research, and data.
Skilled at synthesizing complex problems into clear goals and structured plans that articulate both the "why" and the "how."
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; able to distill complex topics into concise narratives that drive clarity and alignment.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build consensus, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions across a matrixed organization.
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented; proactively solves problems, manages competing priorities, and adapts readily to change.
Able to build strategic relationships at all levels and flex comfortably between long-term initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.
Brings energy, creativity, and genuine passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging.
Background in app ecosystems, digital storefronts, digital media, or business operations strongly preferred.
Prior experience with low-code tools such as Airtable, BI/reporting tools, and Agile methodology strongly preferred.
Experience evaluating and integrating GenAI capabilities into product roadmaps, with an understanding of how AI can automate operational workflows, surface insights, and improve team productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degrees, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high growth technology firm, content editorial pipelines, or digital media industry.
5+ years leading complex, large-scale product initiatives and internal tooling effort's in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
