Role summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Owner specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the development of advanced authentication and access control solutions. This role focuses on enhancing security and user experience through MFA, passwordless authentication, and adaptive access controls across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with security, engineering, risk, and digital teams, and possess a strong background in IAM product management and modern authentication technologies, preferably within the Banking/Financial Services industry. Experience with leading IAM platforms is highly desirable.

The role focuses on MFA, passwordless authentication, adaptive access controls, and secure digital identity solutions across enterprise platforms.
Location:New York/Fort Myers,FL/South Dakota.
Exp: 8-15 Years
You will collaborate with security, engineering, risk, and digital teams to deliver scalable IAM products that enhance both security and user experience.
Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, or CyberArk is highly preferred.
Banking / Financial Services industry experience is mandatory.
