UI/UX Designer Intern (remote)

Role Description

This is a unpaid part-time remote role located in Boston, MA for a
UI/UX Designer Intern. The intern will assist in designing user interfaces, creating high-quality mockups, and developing prototypes to enhance user experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve visual design, identifying user needs through research, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive design process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces
• Experience with Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to improve usability and optimize user interaction
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with developers
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
