What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines preferred) for automated software delivery
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (AKS) across development, staging, and production environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts
- Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability and uptime
- Implement and enforce security best practices including RBAC, network policies, and secret management (Azure Key Vault)
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs through autoscaling and resource right-sizing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and system performance
- Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting standards across services
- Support environment consistency across dev, staging, and production
- Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices
What You Bring
- 3–6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS or similar)
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell, Python)
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases
- Familiarity with backend systems (Node.js, Python, APIs)
- Experience with mobile or web application CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
- Experience supporting high-availability distributed systems
