🔍 Role Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability while supporting IFRS17 reporting and analytics.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Design, build, and optimize ETL/data pipelines using PySpark & Python

✔️ Lead backend data engineering and analytics solutions

✔️ Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements

✔️ Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

✔️ Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

✔️ Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability

✔️ Drive innovation and improve existing data systems

✅ Must-Have Skills

IFRS17 experience (mandatory)
Strong Data Analysis & Insurance domain knowledge
Expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark
Experience building ETL pipelines & big data solutions
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with Dataiku
Technical leadership / mentoring experience
