About Us
Founded in 2020, Arima's unlimited-use platform breaks through traditional marketing mix modeling (MMM) limitations of speed, accessibility, and cost. The platform provides marketers with endless workflow opportunities to measure how their omni-channel efforts contribute to business objectives. Arima’s platform is powered by Synthetic Society™, a privacy-by-design database that statistically mirrors real-world consumers using over 10,000 attributes from trusted sources. Through an intuitive and interactive user interface, marketers can combine their data with Arima’s to measure marketing performance, generate consumer insights, optimize cross-media plans, and visualize trends with interactive maps—all in one unified platform.
The Opportunity
Are you a designer who asks "Why?" as often as you ask "How?"
We are looking for a UX & Product Strategy Designer who sits at the intersection of creative problem-solving, data science, and client advocacy. We don’t just want someone to build beautiful interfaces; we want a strategic thinker who uses data to prove their designs work and has the communication skills to lead our clients through the journey.
In this role, you will be the bridge between what the user feels, what the data shows, and what the client needs to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Design with Purpose: Own the end-to-end UX process—from high-level flows and wireframes to polished, dev-ready UI in Figma.
Analyze & Validate: Dive into product analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, or similar) to identify where users are struggling. You’ll turn cold data into empathetic design solutions.
Client Advocacy: Work closely with our Client Success teams to join high-stakes meetings, presenting design roadmaps and explaining the "UX ROI" to stakeholders.
Iterate via Evidence: Run A/B tests and usability sessions to validate your hypotheses, ensuring we ship features that actually move the needle on business KPIs.
Standardize: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive experience as we scale.
Who You Are
The Hybrid Expert: You have UX/Product Design experience, but you’re also comfortable looking at a dashboard or a spreadsheet to find a story.
The Communicator: You can translate "design-speak" into "business-speak." You’re comfortable presenting to clients and can handle feedback with grace and logic.
Technical Leanings: You understand the constraints of front-end development and can speak the language of engineers.
Toolbox: Expert in Figma; experienced with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Heap, or Pendo); and familiar with CRM or Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
Bonus Points For:
Experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/React (enough to know what's possible).
Some knowledge of data analytics
Prior client service experience would be highly desirable.
