Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Agents-focused)

Arzana is building AI agents that automate complex back-office workflows across email, documents, and core business systems. Instead of relying on brittle rule-based automations, our platform turns messy real-world operations into reliable agent-driven workflows that can read, reason, and take action.
We’re hiring a
Founding Full-Stack Engineer (Agents-focused)
to own this platform end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the CEO to design, build, and scale the core agent infrastructure that powers workflows like vendor quote processing, invoice matching, and RFQ handling. This is a high-ownership role for someone excited to operate across product, engineering, and customer workflows from day one.
What You’ll Own
Today, the agents platform is built around five core building blocks:

• Email ingestion
• Email sending
• Document extraction via vision LLMs
• Record matching across ERP, CRM, and MES data
• The agent orchestration layer

These primitives chain together into full workflow automations used in real business operations.
What you’ll do

• Extend existing agents to support more customer configurations, edge cases, and backend integrations
• Build entirely new agent types from scratch
• Translate human-described business workflows into clean chains of extraction, reasoning, and action nodes
• Wire agents into external APIs and operational systems
• Own technical decisions across the agents’ platform, from architecture through implementation
• Work directly with the CEO on product direction, roadmap, and prioritization
• Help build out the agents’ team over time as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in or closely with manufacturing environments
• Experience taking an agent product or agent workflow from zero to production, including building, shipping, and deploying it — whether as a personal project or in a company setting
• Strong builder instincts and a high degree of ownership
• Excitement for turning ambiguous business processes into reliable software systems
• Comfort operating across the stack, from frontend workflows to backend integrations and orchestration
• Strong product sense and the ability to make good decisions with incomplete information
• Ability to move quickly, handle edge cases, and improve systems through iteration

Why this role is exciting
This is not a narrow implementation role. You’ll be defining how our agent platform works at its core: how it ingests information, reasons across fragmented systems, and executes real workflows reliably. You’ll have direct influence over both the technical architecture and the product itself.
You’ll report directly to the CEO. There’s no management layer between you and the work, and over time you’ll have the opportunity to help build the team around this function.
