Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications, platforms, and services, serving as a subject-matter expert.
- Translate design mockups into HTML/CSS/JavaScript, build UI components, and collaborate with UX/UI and design teams.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including unit, integration, automated, TDD, and BDD tests.
- Participate in prototyping, POCs, iteration planning, and release cycles while ensuring solutions meet business and enterprise requirements.
- Contribute to enterprise technical architecture, best practices, and refinement of functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and development best practices.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive cross-team initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design (SOA, microservices), and design patterns.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap), and responsive design.
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, REST, JSON, and web services.
- Strong SQL and database design skills, including performance tuning.
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure), and development tools (Visual Studio, IIS).
- Focus on code quality, testing, and coding standards.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $200,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
