How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead drug strategy analysis for post-acute pharmacy operations, aligning sourcing, distribution, and contracting decisions with real dispensing behavior, margin performance, and long-term operational strategy.
  • Partner across pharmacy operations, GPO/non-GPO contracting, 340B programs, and internal PBM to ensure data-driven decisions that support sustainable financial performance and patient access.
  • Develop and deliver analytical and statistical reporting, including operational dashboards and ad-hoc management reports to evaluate drug utilization, cost trends, and program performance.
  • Analyze pharmacy data trends and margin behavior to identify operational risks, cost optimization opportunities, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy, reconciling datasets and educating stakeholders on report access, interpretation, and actionable insights.

Education
What minimum requirements you’ll need

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician is strongly preferred
  • Expertise in pharmacy workflows, drug purchasing, dispensing processes, and operational terminology.
  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, handle last-minute requests, and quickly shift focus without losing momentum across workstreams.
  • Must be comfortable using Excel to analyze large datasets, with confidence in building formulas, manipulating data, and exploring datasets to answer questions
