Role summary

We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to join our AI SaaS company in New York City. This role focuses on inbound sales, conducting demo calls, and closing deals with medical practices. You will also be involved in customer onboarding and have the opportunity to help build the sales organization from the ground up. The ideal candidate is ambitious, tech-savvy, passionate about AI in healthcare, and has a strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle. Prior software sales experience, especially to medical practices, is preferred.

**About Us**

We're building an AI operating system that can run outpatient clinics on autopilot. We recently raised an oversubscribed $4.4M seed round from some of the best investors in Silicon Valley like Y Combinator, General Catalyst, 186 Ventures, Reach Capital, and more. Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, and health system chief medical officers.

**About this Role**

We are overwhelmed with inbound interest from practices and are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join us in our New York office.

Your job will entail:

* **Inbound Sales**: You will conduct sales demo calls to educate practices about our product. To be clear, you will not have to generate leads yourself. We have hundreds of practices waiting to speak with us. Your job will be to educate them after they reach out to us, and to close sales.
* **Customer Onboarding**: We will train you on how to onboard new practices onto our platform so that they can see the most ROI. You will then be able to help practices go live with our system in a matter of minutes.
* **Leadership**: You will have the opportunity to set up our sales organization from the ground up with our founders.

**Qualifications**

* Strong understanding of front office and back office operations, and revenue cycle.
* Prior experience selling software to businesses.
* Preferred: prior experience selling software to medical practices.
* Tech savvy and can pick up the technical nuances of AI agents and software systems very quickly.
* Exceptional communication skills.

**Compensation**

OTE: $140k. However based on conversion data we believe it's feasible to achieve $200k-$300k in earnings for strong performers.
