Role Summary
We are seeking a
Software Tester / QA Engineer
to join our product development team. This role supports our quality assurance efforts across web and/or mobile applications and ensures that software releases meet functional and user experience standards. The position can be engaged on a

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts against functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Perform
manual testing
(functional, regression, smoke, exploratory) to validate product features.
- Participate in
automated test development
where applicable (e.g., using Selenium, Cypress, or other frameworks).
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Contribute to improving QA practices, tools, and automation workflows.
- Participate in Agile team ceremonies and provide feedback on quality and usability.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
or equivalent practical experience

- Experience in software testing or quality assurance (manual and/or automated).
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Playwright, etc.) and bug‑tracking systems such as Jira, GitHub Issues, or similar.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes (e.g., designing test scenarios, regression testing, defect lifecycle).
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with engineering and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility between remote and in‑office work.
