Role summary

The Associate Product Manager supports the commercial success of the injury prevention portfolio by driving product expertise, sales enablement, and marketing/operational initiatives. Responsibilities include creating customer-facing materials, maintaining product data accuracy, gathering customer feedback, identifying product improvements, and managing event logistics. Position Summary
The Associate Product Manager plays a key role in supporting the commercial success of the injury prevention portfolio by driving product expertise, sales enablement and execution of critical marketing and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for managing and improving customer-facing materials, maintaining product data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional efforts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Associate Product Manager

  • Create product marketing materials for injury prevention portfolio, ensuring consistency and accessibility
  • Provide field support for Commercial Team for in-services and other customer-facing activities
  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and address product questions
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product family and identify opportunities for product improvements
  • Own cross-references for injury prevention portfolio; complete full datasets in partnership with Marketing Operations
  • Support content development for digital marketing and communication initiatives
  • Manage planning and execution of national tradeshows and regional KOL events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, quality, supply chain and other teams on major projects
