While no prior experience is necessary as training is provided, a high school diploma, strong persuasion and relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication are essential. Flexibility with evenings and weekends, comfort with physical inspections including roof walking, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are also required.
