Position: Data Analyst - Hybrid: 3 days in office in Genesee, CO
Job Mission
This role is designed for proactive, insight-driven work. It anticipates the questions the business should ask, surfaces trends before they’re obvious, and uncovers opportunities hidden in the data. The position partners with leadership by delivering strategic analysis ahead of planning cycles and supports marketing by building measurement frameworks, evaluating performance, and recommending optimizations that drive results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic business partner with exceptional data expertise, grounded in business outcomes rather than in analytics alone. The work rewards autonomy and ownership, with accountability for results rather than deliverables alone, and demands the judgment to separate meaningful insights from background noise.
This full-time, exempt position reports to the PAC Senior Director of Information Technology and has no direct reports. The role serves as the primary analytics partner to leadership across all departments, including Operations, Marketing, and the CEO.
