## Title: Sr Product Manager Location: Remote or Nashville, TN

## Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Expert Platform’s configuration, automation, and integration capabilities. This role sits at the center of platform scalability, enabling highly customized client experiences on top of a unified, high-performing infrastructure. You will work across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure that innovation is delivered safely, efficiently, and at scale.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Build the Configuration Engine for Expert Workflows

  • Define and own the product vision for the platform’s configuration and automation systems.
  • Design scalable frameworks that support client-specific customization, including permissions, features, and UI components.
  • Ensure that each client experience feels bespoke while maintaining a single, maintainable codebase.
  • Partner with engineering to develop flexible configuration models and extensible architecture.

### 2. Orchestrate AI and SDK Integrations into the Expert Experience

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Expert platform and core technology teams.
  • Lead integration of advanced capabilities such as AI agents, communication SDKs, and real-time guidance tools.
  • Ensure all integrations are modular, configurable, and reusable across multiple clients.
  • Drive alignment on platform standards and integration patterns.

### 3. Lead Cross-Functional Feature Guardrails and Deployment

  • Collaborate with Product Managers across domains (e.g., Client Solutions, Support, Business Intelligence) to enable safe feature deployment.
  • Design and implement guardrails that prevent configuration conflicts and ensure system stability.
  • Establish processes and tooling that allow targeted, client-specific feature releases.
  • Advocate for platform-first thinking across product teams.

### 4. Manage System Health and Feature Performance for the Platform

  • Own the performance, reliability, and scalability of the Expert platform experience.
  • Monitor the impact of configurations and compute-intensive features (e.g., generative AI) on system performance.
  • Partner with engineering to identify bottlenecks and drive performance optimization initiatives.
  • Define and track key platform health metrics and SLAs.

### 5. Standardize Client Onboarding and Feature Lifecycle

  • Transform manual client onboarding into automated, scalable workflows.
  • Standardize feature flagging, configuration management, and deployment practices.
  • Enable implementation teams with tools to safely configure and launch features.
  • Ensure full lifecycle management of features, including rollout, monitoring, iteration, and deprecation.

## Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience building scalable systems that support customization and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and modern software architecture.
  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered features or data-intensive systems is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and domains.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Skills

  • Experience with feature flagging systems and configuration-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and controlled feature rollouts.
  • Background in workflow automation or low-code/no-code systems.
  • Understanding of performance monitoring tools and observability frameworks.
