Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.
  • Influence without authority using customer insights and strategic reasoning.
  • Present strategy, learnings, and results to senior leadership.
  • Guide teams through complex dependencies and stakeholder alignment.

Team & Culture

  • Champion continuous discovery and customer‑centricity.
  • Model empowered product team behaviors and coach others in modern product thinking.
  • Contribute to a culture that values experimentation, learning, and outcomes over output.

Required Qualifications

AI/ML Experience

  • 1+ years building or shipping AI/ML‑powered features.
  • Partnership experience with data science/ML engineering teams.

  • Technical depth: CS/engineering background, ability to read code, familiarity with cloud and modern architectures.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinking, critical problem‑solving, and customer empathy.
  • High‑agency, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong experimentation mindset, rigorous decision‑making, and rapid execution.
  • Collaborative communication, conflict navigation, and stakeholder management.
