Job Overview:

As an Entry-Level Data Analyst at ATC, you will be at the forefront of turning raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
  • Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
  • Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new data tools or technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Candidates must have U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R (a plus but not required).
