About the Role

We are hiring a Web Experience and Optimization Manager to own and scale our website as a high-impact growth channel. This role sits at the intersection of web strategy, production, and conversion. You will be responsible for defining how we build, test, and optimize web experiences that drive pipeline and revenue.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build and scale role. You will own the web roadmap, prioritize what gets built and tested, and establish the systems needed to increase speed and experimentation velocity. The opportunity is to move from ad hoc execution to a structured, high-performing web program. You will build the processes, experimentation framework, and cross-functional alignment required to scale impact.

Success in this role means faster execution, higher experiment throughput, and measurable improvements in conversion and pipeline.

  • Translate marketing objectives into a prioritized backlog and clear execution plan
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and user experience

  • Reduce friction in QA, reviews, and handoffs to increase speed
  • Manage external web development partners to ensure quality and velocity
  • CRO and experimentation

  • Define hypotheses, prioritize tests, and measure results
  • Partner with performance marketing to optimize landing pages tied to paid campaigns
  • Scale personalization through tools like Webflow Optimize

  • Analytics and performance
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and measurement
  • Partner with data teams on dashboards and reporting
  • Translate performance data into insights and action
  • Connect web strategy and CRO to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Share insights with stakeholders and leadership
  • Your Expertise

  • 6-8+ years of experience in web, CRO, or digital experience optimization
  • Strong hands on Webflow experience, including managing CMS and component based builds
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience building or scaling experimentation programs
  • Strong project management and ability to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to turn data into insights and action
  • Why You Should Join

  • Real ownership, not tickets
  • You will own the web roadmap, not just execute requests. You will decide what gets built, tested, and prioritized based on business impact.
  • Visible, measurable impact
  • Your work will directly influence conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue. Success in this role is highly visible to leadership.
  • Accelerate and scale a website optimization strategy
  • The opportunity is to move from ad hoc testing to a structured, high-velocity program. You will define what gets tested and why, increase experiment throughput, and connect optimization efforts directly to conversion and pipeline impact.
  • Interesting problems to solve
  • Scaling experimentation beyond one off tests into a repeatable program
  • Balancing speed with quality across multiple stakeholders
  • Integrating personalization, AI SDR, and chat into the web experience
  • Supporting a rebrand and evolving site architecture
  • Strong cross-functional exposure
  • You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Design, Content, Data, and other cross-functional partners across the org, with real influence over decisions and prioritization.
