Role summary
Autism Delaware is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional for a people-centered leadership role as a Family Support Program Manager. This hybrid, full-time position focuses on mentoring staff, improving systems, and collaborating with community partners to support families impacted by autism. The role involves clinical and case supervision, overseeing quality and compliance, and strengthening services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar), experience supervising teams, and knowledge of autism and family support systems. What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers
- Support staff growth through coaching, training, and mentorship
- Oversee quality, compliance, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide
- Represent Autism Delaware in collaborative and systems-level meetings
- Help strengthen services for families navigating autism supports
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar)
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Knowledge of autism and family support systems
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace
