As an **SDR at Avery**, you’ll own the top of the funnel—prospecting mid-sized property management companies and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You’ll run a high-output, high-quality outreach process with **100+ targeted touches per day** across calls, email, and LinkedIn, all supported by a proven playbook designed to generate results.
This role is perfect for someone already operating at this level—ideally in **PropTech or B2B sales selling into property operators**—who’s hungry to become an Account Executive within the next **12–18 months**.

**Outbound Prospecting**
* Execute **100+ daily outbound touches** through cold calls, emails, and multi-step sequences.
**Qualify Prospects**
* Engage decision-makers at mid-sized property management companies.
* Identify fit and book **high-quality demos** for the AE team.
**Follow Process, Stay Organized**
* Maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
* Track activity, manage sequences, and stay consistent with structured outreach.
**Grow Your Sales Career**
