What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a dynamic
Senior Manager, ERP Program Management
to lead a global SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation and application development initiative. This strategic role oversees the full project lifecycle—from planning and requirements through execution and long-term sustainment—driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business impact.

As a key leader, you will:

• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including execution, risk management, and issue resolution
• Foster a high-performance culture across internal teams and external partners
• Define success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Communicate progress and insights to executive stakeholders
• Champion innovative, value-driven solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Project Management certification (preferred)
• SAP training/certification in at least one functional area (e.g., Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance)
• SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience across SAP ERP modules and versions
• 5+ years of SAP program/project management, including 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• Experience leading global SAP rollouts using a Global Template approach
• Strong proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum principles
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager for documentation and best practices
• Willingness to travel as needed
