Sr. SAP Program Manager

• Partner with senior leadership to define the ERP transformation vision and develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap. Establish and manage program governance frameworks, success metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee multiple concurrent ERP workstreams and projects through the full lifecycle—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and sustainment. Manage an integrated master schedule and multi-million dollar budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, facilitating communication and providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level briefings.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption of new systems and processes. This includes overseeing training strategy, communications planning, and readiness assessments.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies that could impact business operations or project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications
• 10+ years in SAP ERP modules
• 5+ years in SAP program/project management
• Proficient in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum principles
